Terms of Use

WitBacon provides enterprise analysis, management scorecards, company reports, leadership assessments, reviewed contributor signals, and related workflows. WitBacon reports and scorecards are analytical outputs based on available evidence, structured review, and platform methodology.

WitBacon does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, financial planning, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for account security and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep account credentials secure.

• Do not impersonate another person, organization, company representative, contributor, or administrator.
• Do not share accounts where report access, orders, submissions, or other rights are account-specific.
• Do not attempt to access another user's orders, report access, submissions, private account data, or contributor records.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, payment, role, permission, or report access controls.
• Do not interfere with platform security, service availability, or other users' use of WitBacon.

Free reports may be publicly available. Paid reports require valid access before full content is visible. Access is account-specific unless WitBacon approves another arrangement in writing.

• A pending order does not grant full report access.
• Report access may be granted through verified payment confirmation, administrator action, or another approved workflow.
• Users may not redistribute, resell, scrape, copy, publish, or share paid report content without permission.
• Paid content may not be used to create unauthorized public summaries, derivative datasets, or competing paid access products.
• Access may be revoked for fraud, abuse, chargeback, unauthorized sharing, or violation of these terms.
• Report access does not guarantee future updates, unchanged pricing, permanent availability, or any investment, business, or market outcome.

Purchases are subject to the displayed price, currency, and payment terms shown at checkout or during the applicable access workflow.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Paid access may be delayed, withheld, or revoked if payment fails, is disputed, is reversed, or cannot be verified. Refunds, cancellations, reversals, and chargebacks may be handled according to applicable payment provider rules and platform policies in effect at the time.

Users may submit company information, corrections, evidence, observations, or other materials for review. Submitting information does not guarantee acceptance, use, publication, monetization, or a change to any report or scorecard.

Submissions are reviewed before use and do not automatically change reports, scorecards, ScoreSnapshot records, company ratings, Leadership Ratings, Darwin scores, ReportAccess, revenue ledger entries, or payout batches.

• Do not submit confidential employer information, insider information, trade secrets, private personal data, or unlawfully obtained materials.
• Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
• Do not submit defamatory, misleading, fraudulent, promotional, spam, or irrelevant content.
• Do not submit fabricated evidence, false claims, or malicious accusations.
• Include public-safe evidence or source context where relevant.

By submitting content to WitBacon, you grant WitBacon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, store, reproduce, analyze, summarize, adapt, display, publish, and use the submission in connection with WitBacon products, reports, scorecards, research workflows, contributor review, and platform operations.

You represent that you have the right to submit the information and grant this license. WitBacon may edit, summarize, reject, anonymize, or decline to use submissions at its discretion, and is not required to publish a submission, attribute it publicly, or use it in any particular report, scorecard, or analysis.

WitBacon may maintain contributor profile, review, trust, and eligibility records. Contributor status and level are managed through review and do not create a separate account system.

Submissions may be marked accepted, partially used, not used, unverified, unreliable, misleading, false, fraudulent, or assigned similar review statuses. Not Used or Unverified does not automatically mean the contributor acted improperly.

Fraudulent, false, misleading, harmful, abusive, or policy-violating submissions may restrict contributor eligibility after review. Contributor status, trust level, and eligibility are admin-reviewed and may change over time.

Revenue sharing, if offered, is discretionary, conditional, and subject to program availability, reviewer-confirmed quality, adoption in final reports, account eligibility, payout workflow availability, and applicable rules.

Submitting information does not create an employment, partnership, agency, contractor, equity, or guaranteed payment relationship. Payout features may remain under development and are not payable unless explicitly enabled and confirmed in the user account. Contributor revenue share eligibility may be suspended or restricted for unreliable, false, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating submissions.

WitBacon content is for informational and analytical purposes only. WitBacon is not an investment adviser, broker, dealer, law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, financial planner, or professional investment adviser.

WitBacon reports, scorecards, rankings, comparisons, contributor signals, and AI-assisted summaries are not investment advice, buy, sell, or hold recommendations, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, financial planning advice, or professional investment advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

• Attempting unauthorized access or bypassing paid report access, payment flows, account restrictions, security controls, or admin controls.
• Scraping or automated extraction without permission, including private, paid, account-only, admin-only, or rate-limited pages.
• Sharing, redistributing, reselling, copying, or publishing paid report content without authorization.
• Submitting false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, confidential, insider, private personal, unlawfully obtained, or promotional information.
• Impersonating another person, organization, contributor, customer, administrator, or WitBacon representative.
• Interfering with, attacking, disrupting, overloading, reverse engineering, or degrading the platform.
• Using WitBacon to violate laws, regulations, contracts, confidentiality obligations, or third-party rights.
• Using WitBacon content as a substitute for professional advice.
• Misrepresenting WitBacon reports or scorecards as investment recommendations.

WitBacon owns or licenses its platform, design, reports, scorecards, methodology expression, text, data organization, analysis format, interface elements, and related materials. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property and other rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from WitBacon content except as permitted by the platform, allowed by law, or agreed in writing. User submissions remain subject to the submission license granted to WitBacon in these terms.

WitBacon may use automated or AI-assisted tools to organize, classify, summarize, compare, or analyze information. AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, or incomplete context and may require human review.

AI-generated drafts, score suggestions, or summaries do not become published scores or reports unless reviewed or published through WitBacon workflows. Users should not treat automated outputs as independently verified facts unless expressly stated. AI-assisted analysis does not replace scorecard methodology, report access controls, contributor review, or user responsibility.

WitBacon is under active development. WitBacon may modify, suspend, discontinue, or change features, pages, reports, scorecards, pricing, contributor workflows, access terms, account workflows, revenue share features, and availability for operational, legal, security, compliance, or product reasons.

WitBacon is provided "as is" and "as available." WitBacon does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, investment results, profitability, company performance, uninterrupted service, error-free operation, complete data, timely updates, or that content will be free from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WitBacon is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages arising from use of the service, reports, scores, scorecards, contributor submissions, AI-assisted analysis, access workflows, third-party services, payment provider actions, or user decisions based on platform content.

WitBacon may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate accounts, report access, contributor eligibility, submission capability, or revenue share participation for violations of these terms, fraud, abuse, security concerns, payment disputes, unauthorized sharing, unlawful activity, contributor misconduct, legal risk, or platform misuse.

Account restrictions do not require WitBacon to modify reports, scorecards, score snapshots, revenue records, or payment records unless a separate platform workflow applies.
