CONTRIBUTOR PROGRAM

WitBacon Contributor Program

Share company intelligence. Help improve structured enterprise analysis. WitBacon contributors can submit company information, management signals, leadership observations, and evidence-backed updates for review.

Accepted submissions may support reports, scorecards, or research context, but they do not automatically change published scores.

How Contribution Works

01

Create contributor profile

Describe your background, areas of expertise, and contribution context.

02

Submit company information

Share evidence-backed updates, observations, or company-specific signals.

03

Editorial review

Submissions are reviewed before they can be used in reports, scorecards, or research context.

04

Accepted as research signal

Accepted information may support report evidence, watch items, or scorecard context.

Future Revenue Share Model

Contributor revenue sharing is a future or conditional program area. It should not be treated as guaranteed compensation.

Contribution Weight = Freshness x Materiality x Adoption

Freshness

Measures how new, non-duplicative, and not already reflected the information is.

Materiality

Measures importance to company quality, management, leadership, governance, funding, customers, strategy, or risk.

Adoption

Measures how much the final reviewed report or analysis actually uses the information.

Eligibility

Revenue share is not automatic. Eligibility depends on reviewer-confirmed quality, contributor account status, actual adoption, and payout workflow availability.

Revenue share and payout features may remain under development and should not be treated as currently payable unless explicitly enabled in the user account.

Submission Review Outcomes

Not Used

Information was reviewed but not used. This does not mean it was false and should not trigger a credibility strike.

Unverified

Information could not be verified yet. It may remain pending, receive limited use, or require more evidence.

Accepted

Information was reviewed and accepted as useful context or evidence.

Problematic

Information was reviewed and found unreliable, misleading, false, or low quality.

Fraudulent

Fabricated or malicious submissions may lead to immediate suspension or ban after reviewer confirmation.

Contributor account status and trust level are managed through admin review. A single unused or unverified submission should not automatically restrict a contributor.

Safety Rules

  • Private contributor identity is not exposed publicly unless the contributor opts in through supported settings.
  • Admin notes and private source descriptions are not public content.
  • User-submitted information must be reviewed before use.
  • Do not submit confidential, insider, unlawfully obtained, or private personal information.
  • Revenue share and payout features are subject to eligibility, review, and operational availability.
